We process your personal data in order to identify, prevent and investigate attacks on our website. The storing of the IP address by the system is required in order to enable delivery of the website to the computer of the user. It is the main characteristic of FACTORY 1 2019 EVENTS that they are documented in picture, sound and text and widespread to the public concerned, in order to make known the participants of the Factory 1 program. Factory 1 2019 events, as well as the activities of KAPSCH and of the participants of the program will therefore be promoted in different media channels. For this purpose, photos and videos including audio recordings will be taken on such events and will be used for illustrating any reports about the events during the Factory 1 2019 Program.
In this context it can therefore be that you are identifiable on such photos and videos (including audio recordings) acting for and representing the participant Factory 1 2019 events. Such photos and videos are processed in connection with the Factory 1 2019 Program by us through publishing on the website of KAPSCH, on other electronic media, through social media and video channels (Youtube, Instagram, Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) as well as in print media.
For the operation and administration of the KAPSCH website, we use IT service providers who, in accordance with our instructions, may also have access to personal data in order to be able to provide the commissioned IT services.
Further, we transmit the data to print media and social media and video channels (Youtube, Instagram, Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), where the photos and videos are published. The social media channels (except for Xing) are located in the USA. The legal basis for the processing of data is Art 6 sub. 1 lit f GDPR, and therefore our legitimate interest in properly promoting the Factory 1 events.
The storage, use and processing of your data takes place only as long as we need the data for performance of the above purposes and our contractual and/or legal obligations.
